Job summary

Aramco seeks a Maintenance Engineering Specialist to join the Maintenance Solution Department (MSD) under Global Manufacturing Excellence. The role focuses on developing maintenance programs, conducting data-driven analyses, and benchmarking performance across facilities.

We require a Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical preferred) with 10+ years in Oil & Gas downstream, and strong experience in CMMS (SAP) and maintenance budgeting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Engineering; Mechanical preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant Oil & Gas downstream experience.
• Strong competence in maintenance programs and reliability models.
• Experience with risk-based maintenance methods.
• Spare parts and materials procurement experience.
• Familiarity with SAP/CMMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop maintenance processes and reporting aligned with GME requirements.
• Perform data driven analyses to benchmark maintenance performance.
• Review KPIs and trends to drive performance improvements.
• Assist line maintenance in implementing approved programs.
• Design alternative parts or systems with engineering/vendors.
