Job summary

Nabors Career Site in Saudi Arabia seeks an experienced Production & Operations Manager to lead the shop floor, plan daily operations, and optimize throughput. You will supervise machine shop activities, allocate resources, and ensure on-time completion while maintaining quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, planning, and knowledge of machining processes, Lean/Six Sigma, and ERP/MRP systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in manufacturing leadership roles.
• Knowledge of machining, manufacturing operations, and production planning.
• Experience with quality management systems and inspection standards.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma.
