Job summary

Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments.
• Knowledge of curing processes, heat treatment principles and other related operations.
• Basic understanding of safety requirements in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand the relevant manufacturing drawings, work instructions, and process requirements.
• Operate curing ovens, heating systems, and associated equipment according to approved procedures.
• Load and unload transformer coils and components safely for curing processes.
• Monitor and control curing parameters such as temperature, time and cycle settings to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Verify dimensions, clearances and visual quality requirements, and complete the required checklists and production records.
• Report any non-conforming materials, equipment malfunctions, or process deviations to the Section Supervisor.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and the work area in a clean, organized, safe condition while complying with all safety and quality parameters.
• Achieve production targets within the specified time frame and quality standards, following the instructions of the Section Supervisor.
