Job summary

Electrical Industries Company in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Production Supervisor to review drawings, support production teams, and drive continuous improvement in quality, safety and efficiency.

The role collaborates with Quality, Planning, Design and Maintenance, ensures IMS and OH&S compliance, and prepares reports while leading a team of section supervisors and technicians.

Qualifications

• Able to handle engineering drawings and explain it to production staff.
• Capable of supervising a team of section supervisors and production technicians.
• Excellent in communication skills and computer literate
• Have internal ISO knowledge in Integrated Management System and OH&S Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Review manufacturing drawings, specifications and work instructions to ensure compliance with production requirements.
• Provide technical support to production teams and resolve day-to-day manufacturing issues.
• Monitor production processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality and efficiency.
• Investigate production problems, perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
• Coordinate with Quality, Planning, Design and Maintenance Departments to ensure smooth production flow.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and company procedures and standard.
• Prepare production reports, monitor KPIs, and support continuous improvement initiatives to achieve production targets
• Participate in IMS and OH&S team chart and representing the department on external audit occasions.
