Job summary

Al Shuwayer Group of Companies in Saudi Arabia seeks a skilled technician to perform end-to-end switchgear installation, maintenance and servicing for LV/MV assemblies. You will conduct transformer maintenance, inspections, and oil-related tasks to support reliable power distribution.

The role requires reading electrical drawings and documentation, adherence to procedures, and strict HSE compliance on-site. A technical electrical diploma and hands-on substations experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on LV/MV switchgear or transformer experience.
• Experience in installation, testing, commissioning, or maintenance is advantageous.
• Ability to read electrical drawings and technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Switchgear installation, maintenance & servicing of LV/MV equipment.
• Power transformer maintenance, inspection & oil-related operations.
• Electrical testing & commissioning support.
• Defect identification, troubleshooting & technical reporting.
