Qualifications

• 2–3 years experience in luxury/fashion retail or similarly demanding customer-centric environments.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with empathy for customers.
• Local language and English language proficiency.
• Genuine passion for fashion and Givenchy’s brand identity.
• Commitment to Givenchy’s brand identity.

Responsibilities

• Warmly welcome local and international customers entering the store and create a luxurious atmosphere.
• Provide personalized service by understanding each customer's needs, preferences and style.
• Present Givenchy’s collections with passion and guide clients through product ranges.
• Collaborate with stock and team to ensure consistency in service and premium product presentation.
