Job summary

Chalhoub Group is seeking a Store Manager in Jeddah to maximize store performance and deliver an exceptional Guest Experience. You will implement CX strategies, drive eNPS and cNPS, and oversee VM, SOPs, schedules, and commissions to align with business goals.

The role requires 6–8 years of luxury retail leadership, a business degree, and a strong capability to develop talent while promoting omnichannel initiatives for sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• University Degree preferably in Business Administration or Management.
• 6–8 years of retail store management experience, preferably in Luxury Technology.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store CX initiatives and sales performance.
• Plan succession and nurture talent through coaching and stretch assignments.
• Oversee day-to-day operations including visual merchandising, SOP adherence, and staff scheduling.
• Promote omnichannel sales and customer loyalty programs (e.g., MUSE).
