Job summary

Rosewood Red Sea is seeking a Revenue Analyst to support the development and execution of revenue strategies through detailed analysis of market trends, forecasting, and pricing opportunities. You will provide valuable insights that help drive commercial decisions, optimize hotel performance, and support long-term revenue growth.

Qualifications

• You are a Saudi national.
• Experience in Revenue Management, Reservations, Finance, Business Analytics, or related hospitality.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; comfortable with data to drive performance.
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills; comfortable with reporting and RM systems.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident communicator who translates data into business insights for various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business performance, booking trends, market demand, and competitor activity to identify revenue opportunities.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for hotel leadership.
• Support pricing, inventory management and revenue optimization strategies to maximize profitability.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations based on trends and market conditions.
• Collaborate with Reservations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Operations to align commercial objectives.
• Maintain data accuracy across RM systems, reservation platforms, and reporting tools.
