Job summary

Responsibilities

• Direct and coach the sales team on the shop floor.
• Analyse daily sales data to maximize performance.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally or escalate to the Store Manager.
• Maintain grooming, presentation and professional conduct standards.
• Motivate team members to achieve targets and acknowledge successes.
• Induct and train new starters within the department.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and Training to train staff.
