Job summary

Jumeirah The Red Sea is seeking a Reservations Agent (Saudi National Talent) to join our luxury team. You will respond to emails within 24 hours, handle current and upcoming bookings, and coordinate with departments to ensure guest satisfaction.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in customer service or hospitality, strong communication, and a HS Diploma, with a Diploma or degree in Hotel Management considered an advantage. Opera experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service or hospitality, preferably luxury 5-star.
• Strong communication and collaboration with Front Office, Finance, F&B teams.
• Interact with guests, travel agents, tour operators, and DMC partners to maintain high service standards.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emails within 24 hours and answer calls promptly according to standards.
• Gather and update guest details in Opera during booking processes.
• Maintain professional email and telephone etiquette.
• Read reservation communications for special instructions and pass to relevant departments.
• Communicate last-minute changes to relevant departments.
