Confidential in Saudi Arabia seeks a strategic Head of Properties to oversee private residences, farms and a seasonal camp, ensuring five‑star service, safety and discretion across three locations.

You will lead two Property Managers and a Camping Manager, set and govern standards, budgets and CAPEX, and coordinate with F&B, Housekeeping, Security and IT to deliver consistent, luxury operations under senior guidance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Property Management, Hospitality Management, or related field.
• IWFM or RICS certification preferred.
• Minimum 8 years in senior property/facilities management across multiple luxury residences.

Responsabilités

• Set and maintain property management standards across all properties.
• Develop annual maintenance and CAPEX plans for each property.
• Oversee the two Property Managers to ensure high standards and readiness.
• Coordinate with Projects Manager on construction and major projects.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
• Act as property-level contact for emergencies.
