Job summary

Limitless Recruitment's client in Riyadh seeks a hands-on Private Residence Manager to oversee daily operations of a prestigious residence, including staff, guests, and vendor coordination.

The successful candidate will demonstrate outstanding leadership, discretion, and attention to detail, fluent English plus an additional European/CIS/South American language or Afrikaans, and be prepared to start immediately.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing private residences, luxury villas or royal households.
• Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication skills and absolute discretion.
• Ability to effectively manage diverse teams and external service providers.
• Fluent in English plus an additional European/CIS/South American language or Afrikaans.
• Available to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a luxury private residence, garden, and vehicles.
• Lead and motivate a team of household staff to ensure service excellence and coordination.
• Maintain impeccable presentation and cleanliness standards across the residence.
• Supervise contractors for maintenance and improvement projects.
• Implement and uphold SOPs to ensure consistency and efficiency.
• Host and coordinate guest visits, managing preferences and creating a welcoming environment.
• Plan and manage private events and gatherings within the residence.
• Oversee property inventory and asset management.
• Maintain a professional direct line of communication with the Principal at all times.
