Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Head of Properties to lead the management of private residences, farms and a seasonal camp in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role oversees two Property Managers and one Camping Manager across three locations, setting standards, budgets and policies for the entire portfolio.

You will ensure five-star service, safety, discretion, and seamless operations, coordinating with Projects, CSO and Security teams while maintaining compliance with local regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Facilities/Property/Hospitality Management or related field.
• IWFM, RICS or equivalent certification preferred.
• 8+ years in senior property or facilities management across luxury residences or private households.
• Experience with VVIP or multi-site private estate management is highly aligned.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain property management standards across all properties.
• Develop annual maintenance and CAPEX plans for each property.
• Oversee Property Managers to ensure top-tier operations across sites.
• Collaborate on construction/renovation projects to five-star standards.
• Coordinate with Administration, Procurement, Security, IT and vendors.
