Job summary

Accor’s Fairmont Red Sea is seeking a Pool Bar & Grill Manager to lead the luxury outlet operations, ensuring exceptional guest service and seamless service delivery in a pre-opening environment.

The role requires 4–6 years in outlet management or F&B, a Hospitality degree, and strong leadership. You will manage budgets, inventories, and cross‑department collaboration to deliver memorable experiences for guests at a world‑class resort.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in outlet management or F&B operations.
• Knowledge of health, safety, hygiene, and food safety regulations.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent customer service orientation and problem solving.
• Proficiency in hospitality management software and POS systems.
• Strong English communication, additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the outlet with high standards.
• Lead, motivate, and schedule the team; coach and develop staff.
