Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
• 10+ years in luxury hospitality F&B management.
• Experience managing multi-outlet operations in high-end hotels or resorts.
• Strong budgeting, P&L management, and revenue optimization.
• Advanced knowledge of food safety regulations and certifications.
• Leadership of large teams.
• Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain optimization.
• Excellent communication with guests and stakeholders at all levels.
• Middle East experience is required.
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is a plus.
