Job summary

Four Seasons Resort AMAALA at Triple Bay in Saudi Arabia is seeking a skilled AC and Refrigeration Technician to join the Engineering team. You will install, maintain, repair, and care for all HVAC and refrigeration systems across the property, supporting pre-opening commissioning and snagging to ensure world-class standards.

The role requires a diploma or technical certification in HVAC or related field, at least 3 years of experience in luxury hospitality, and strong knowledge of BMS, energy

Qualifications

• Diploma or technical certification in HVAC or refrigeration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HVAC/refrigeration maintenance.
• Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or large facilities preferred.
• Understanding of diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems and refrigerants.
• Knowledge of BMS, energy conservation, and electrical controls.

Responsibilities

• Assist in inspection, testing, and commissioning of HVAC/refrigeration during pre-opening.
• Identify deficiencies in HVAC installations and report issues promptly.
• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on guest room systems, walk-in freezers, kitchens, and related equipment.
• Ensure proper functioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) and energy efficiency programs.
• Monitor systems to detect failures and optimize energy usage.
• Maintain logs of repairs, refrigerant usage, and PM activities.
• Assist in setting up workshops, spare parts inventory, and storerooms.
• Adhere to health, safety, and environmental regulations when handling equipment and refrigerants.
