Job summary

Hilton is seeking a Receiving Clerk in Saudi Arabia to receive, inspect, and record goods against purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel procedures. The ideal candidate will be Saudi national with a degree in a relevant field and SOCPA membership, able to work with Purchasing, Stores, and Finance to resolve discrepancies.

Qualifications

• Saudi national is required.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, or Hospitality is preferred.
• Must hold a valid SOCPA membership and have experience in receiving, stores, purchasing, inventory, accounting, or hotel operations.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, verify, and record goods against purchase orders.
• Process invoices and commissions; ensure timely payments.
• Maintain accurate ledgers and reconcile with the general ledger.
• Monitor outstanding payments and reduce overdue accounts.
• Prepare and process receiving reports and ensure items are recorded in the system.
