Four Seasons AMAALA is seeking a motivated Retail Shop Agent to join our luxury retail team along Saudi Arabia’s northwest coast. You will welcome customers, assist with purchases, keep displays attractive, and support daily shop operations to deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Ideal candidates bring some retail or customer service experience, strong communication, and a customer-first mindset. You should be able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, work flexible shifts including

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
• Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Replenish shelves and maintain attractive product displays.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
• Receive, unpack, and organize incoming deliveries.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe retail environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and complaints professionally.
• Support promotional activities and contribute to achieving sales targets.
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
