Job summary

UCC Holding is seeking an experienced Project Engineer to coordinate site activities for luxury hotel and hospitality developments in Saudi Arabia. You will monitor progress, ensure compliance with approved drawings and specifications, and support timely delivery with a strong emphasis on quality and safety standards.

The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in civil/architectural engineering and have 5–8 years of relevant experience, including work with Tier 1 contractors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in civil/architectural engineering or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in building construction projects, preferably luxury/hospitality.
• Experience with luxury hotels, five-star hospitality projects, high-rise buildings, or high-end commercial developments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise daily construction activities per drawings, specs and project schedules.
• Monitor site progress and coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, suppliers and project team members.
• Review construction drawings, method statements, material submittals and technical documents.
