SLS The Red Sea, part of Ennismore’s lifestyle portfolio, is building a team for premium payroll operations. The Paymaster will ensure accurate, on-time payroll in line with hotel policies and local regulations, working with Finance and People & Culture to manage data and confidentiality.

The role focuses on monthly payroll processing, data verification, and month-end support, with strong emphasis on accuracy, compliance, and coordinated collaboration across departments.

Competenze

• Experience as Paymaster or Payroll Officer, or similar role, preferably in hospitality.
• Good knowledge of payroll processing, attendance, leave, overtime, deductions, and employee benefits.
• Familiarity with Saudi Labor Law and payroll-related requirements.
• Experience with payroll or HR systems such as Oasys, SAP, or Oracle is an advantage.
• Strong numerical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

• Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and within established timelines.
• Calculate and verify salaries, allowances, overtime, deductions, and other payroll adjustments.
• Review attendance, leave, sick leave, and other payroll-related data before payroll processing.
• Coordinate with People & Culture and department leaders to ensure payroll inputs are complete and accurate.
• Maintain confidential payroll records and system data.
• Review joins, leaves, transfers, promotions, and salary changes for correct payroll processing.
• Prepare payroll reports, summaries, reconciliations, and documentation for month-end closing.
• Ensure payroll practices comply with Saudi labor regulations, policies, and internal controls.
• Resolve payroll discrepancies and employee payroll queries promptly.
• Support Finance with payroll-related journal entries, accruals, and reconciliations.
• Maintain audit-ready payroll documentation.
