Job summary

SLS The Red Sea is seeking a Waiter/Waitress (Saudi National) to deliver warm, precise F&B service and create memorable guest experiences in a luxury setting. You will work with the F&B team to ensure flawless service, handle orders and payments via POS, and uphold the highest standards of hospitality, hygiene and guest satisfaction.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in luxury hospitality, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively in English.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years experience as a waiter/server.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional food and beverage service per standards.
• Provide personalized attentive service throughout the dining journey.
• Maintain knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens and prep methods.
• Process guest orders and payments accurately via POS.
• Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming dining environment.
• Collaborate with kitchen, bar and F&B team for seamless service.
• Follow health, safety, hygiene and company service standards.
