Job summary

Rosewood Red Sea is seeking a Content Creator & Graphic Designer to serve as a visual storyteller for the Communications and Marketing team. You will produce photography, videography, reels, and branded collateral for Rooms, Asaya Wellness, Culinary Collection, Retail, and Experiences.

Applicants should showcase an elevated creative eye, strong accuracy, and the ability to deliver compelling content that strengthens brand presence and supports revenue initiatives across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Digital Media, Photography/Film.
• 2-3 years of experience in content creation, photography, videography, or graphic design; luxury hospitality experience preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating elevated aesthetic, creative versatility, and technical proficiency.
• Strong organizational skills; English required, Arabic preferred.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality photo and video content across Rosewood Red Sea properties.
• Produce content that aligns with luxury brand standards and destination messaging.
• Develop storytelling concepts for social media, campaigns, PR, and marketing programs.
• Deliver content calendars in collaboration with marketing managers.
• Edit photos and videos using Adobe Creative Suite for digital platforms.
• Provide on-property coverage for hosted visits, experiences, and events.
