Job summary

Chelsea Consulting is seeking a Boutique Supervisor for an expanding luxury retail brand in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. You will lead the daily operations of the new boutique, guiding a sales team to deliver world-class service and drive sales performance.

You will embody the brand, ensure exceptional client experiences, manage stock and reporting, and build lasting client relationships to meet and exceed targets. Arabic and English fluency preferred; based in Mecca on-site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury retail
• 1+ year in supervision or people management
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate boutique team to deliver outstanding client experiences
• Uphold luxury brand standards in service, presentation and visual merchandising
• Drive boutique sales performance and support achievement of commercial targets
• Build long-term client relationships through clienteling and personalised service
• Oversee daily operations including stock management, reporting and standards
• Support opening and establishment of the new boutique
