Job summary

Chelsea Consulting is seeking a Boutique Supervisor for an expanding luxury retail brand in Mecca, Saudi Arabia. You will lead the daily operations of the new boutique, guiding a sales team to deliver world-class service and drive sales performance.

You will embody the brand, ensure exceptional client experiences, manage stock and reporting, and build lasting client relationships to meet and exceed targets. Arabic and English fluency preferred; based in Mecca on-site.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in luxury retail
• 1+ year in supervision or people management
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred

About the opportunity:

Our client is a leading name in the luxury watches and jewelry sector is expanding its retail presence in Jeddah with the opening of several new boutiques. We are looking for passionate, client-focused Boutique Supervisors to help lead these openings and deliver a world-class luxury retail experience.

The role As Boutique Supervisor, you will lead the day-to-day running of the boutique — guiding and motivating the sales team, ensuring exceptional standards of client service, and driving the boutique's commercial performance. You will be a brand ambassador on the floor, building lasting relationships with clients while supporting your team to meet and exceed sales targets. This role reports into the retail function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and motivate the boutique team to deliver outstanding client experiences
• Uphold the brand's luxury standards in service, presentation, and visual merchandising
• Drive boutique sales performance and support the achievement of commercial targets
• Build and nurture long-term client relationships through clienteling and personalized service
• Oversee daily operations, including stock management, reporting, and boutique standards
• Support the successful opening and establishment of the new boutique

What we're looking for

• Minimum 5 years' experience in luxury retail (watches, jewelry, fashion, or premium retail)
• At least 1 year in a supervisory or people-management capacity
• A genuine passion for luxury, client service, and building relationships
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Fluency in Arabic and English preferred
• Based in Mecca or able to work on-site there
