Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 7 - 10 years’ experience in luxury retail, jewelry, watches, or premium retail environments.
• Minimum 2 years in a leadership position.
• Strong commercial and people management experience.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred.
• Proficiency in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and retail reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Salon operations and staff.
• Achieve salon sales targets and profitability.
• Develop client development activities and VIP relationships.
• Monitor KPIs like conversions, ATV, and client metrics.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards.
• Oversee CRM and clienteling initiatives.
• Coordinate events and recruitment activities.
