Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Loyalty Business Support Consultant to manage loyalty programs, drive KPI reporting, and optimize campaigns. The role focuses on strengthening VAT handling and accounting configurations while coordinating promotions with stakeholders and vendors.

The candidate will review expenses, ensure regulatory compliance, and deliver data-driven insights to guide loyalty strategy and program improvements in a fast-paced IT services

Qualifications

• Experience with loyalty and rewards programs.
• Knowledge of loyalty accounting and VAT treatment (SAMA points VAT knowledge preferred).
• Strong business analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Stakeholder and vendor management experience.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with CRM and loyalty platforms.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare reports, dashboards, and KPI scorecards for management.
• Support to review and enhance accounting configurations.
• Review the existing expenses and income and identify opportunities for improvements.
• Ensure adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support to review the VAT configuration and enhance the VAT setup.
• Ensure accurate program configuration and maintenance.
• Coordinate the launch of loyalty campaigns, promotions, and customer offers.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for program optimization.
