Red Sea Coastal Trading Company is seeking a Senior Manager – Logistics Systems & Technology to lead the strategy, design, and optimization of logistics systems. You will oversee WMS, TMS, FMS, AMS, RFID, and RPA initiatives, ensuring real-time visibility and efficiency across warehousing, transportation, and international freight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; 10+ years in logistics systems or digital transformation.
• Proven leadership of multi-site logistics systems implementations (WMS, TMS, FMS, AMS).
• Strong experience with SAP integration within logistics environments.
• Experience leading RFPs, vendor selection, and contract negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the logistics systems strategy and roadmap across the supply chain.
• Lead end-to-end implementations of WMS, TMS, FMS, AMS, RFID, and RPA.
• Ensure seamless SAP integration and real-time visibility across operations.
• Mentor the Logistics Systems & Technology team and collaborate with IT and procurement.
• Develop governance, standards, and cost-effective optimization initiatives.
