Job summary

noon is seeking a Logistics/Business Analytics professional to join our fast-paced team in Saudi Arabia. You will leverage Excel, BigQuery, Python, Power BI and Data Studio to transform data into actionable insights, support cost control, and drive strategic logistics initiatives across the organization.

The role requires ≥3 years in e-commerce logistics, a bachelor's in logistics or related field, and strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

What you'll do:

• Deputize for the Shift as required.
• Carry out debriefs of all staff and ensure that paperwork is accurately and fully completed
• Carry out duties in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs.)
• Carry out security checks prior to the end of the shift.
• Assign work to staff as required to support the workflow and daily metrics.
• Support in the development of a strong culture of health and safety practices and initiatives through the compliance with
• legislation and policy
• Responsible for logistics complaint analysis, conduct the investigation to identify root cause, work out corrective/preventive
• actions, follow and verify the implementation and continuous improvement;
• Logistics billing management & analysis and cost control;
• Manage, design and implement complex logistics projects and new initiative and coordinate with cross-functional teams to
• support the new projects. This is a key logistics expert role to break complex issues into manageable pieces and develop
• functional process and deliver them in a successful and timely manner.

What you need:

• Bachelor's Degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management or a similar role
• Minimum 3 years of experience in E-commerce in a related field
• Strong experience in working as a business partner in delivering better decision support and enabling strategic initiatives which help to improve organization financial performance.
• Excellent analytical skills as well as strong business acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Knowledge of Excel, Big Query and Python; familiarity with business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI, Data Studio)
