Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of detailed experience in logistics and forwarding operations.
• Degree in logistics/forwarding preferred.
• Proficient with MS Office or logistics software.

Responsibilities

• Order processing management.
• Customer order plausibility analysis.
• Planning / Booking / Transportation orders.
• Coordination and follow-up of shipments.
• Customs processing (export/import).
• Documentation, administration, invoicing and filing.
• Customer feedback and reporting via multiple channels (email, phone, EDI).
• Operational troubleshooting.
• Non-conformance reporting per KPI.

• Order processing management

Job Requirements

• +2 years of detailed experience of logistics and forwarding operations/regulations and documentation
• Preferable a professional degree by a licensed educational institution specialized in logistics and forwarding.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Software applications and /or other market leading software applications.
