Job summary

Nestl in Jeddah seeks a Transport Planner to manage inbound and outbound transport, coordinating with 3PLs, warehouses, and production to ensure on-time, cost-efficient movement of goods while complying with SHE standards and local regulations.

You will monitor performance, document shipments, and contribute to cost-control initiatives by optimizing transport planning and ensuring safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or supply chain operations.
• Experience working with 3PL providers and freight management systems.

Responsibilities

• Planning & Execution: Schedule and oversee daily inbound and outbound transport activities.
• Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely delivery.
• Compliance & Safety: Ensure transport operations align with SHE and regulatory requirements; conduct periodic safety inspections.
• Performance Monitoring & Improvement: Track and analyze transport KPIs, identify areas for cost reduction and service improvement.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with warehouse teams to synchronize transport with material handling and with suppliers for resolution.
• Reporting & Documentation: Maintain transport records, invoices, and compliance documents.
