Job summary

PPOAR in Riyadh is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support movement of goods within our supply chain. This entry-level role is ideal for individuals starting a career in logistics in Saudi Arabia.

You will monitor shipments, coordinate with suppliers and warehouses, prepare shipping documents, and maintain inventory records. Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a plus. Visa sponsorship is provided to successful candidates and opportunities for growth are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in logistics or supply chain is a plus.
• Experience in logistics coordination preferred but not required.
• Familiar with logistics software systems (e.g., SAP).
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery.
• Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse staff and transport providers.
• Prepare and maintain shipping documents such as invoices and delivery orders.
• Communicate with customers regarding shipment status and delays.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and update records.
• Identify improvements in the supply chain and propose solutions.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations and company policies.
