Job summary

ABB seeks an experienced Local Division HRBP in الرياض to align HR strategies with business objectives and manage workforce planning. This on-site role partners with managers to drive talent, coaching, and organizational capability.

You will lead performance reviews, train and develop teams, and support relocations and change initiatives while ensuring compliance with local labor laws. Fluency in Arabic and English is required and international exposure is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in an HR Business Partner (HRBP) role.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• International exposure and ability to navigate cross-cultural environments.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Align HR and workforce strategies with business objectives.
• Lead performance management, coaching, and development plans.
• Drive talent management, recruitment, onboarding, training and succession planning.
• Provide HR guidance during reorganizations, mergers, and change initiatives.
