Livestock specialist vacancy in Riyadh Saudi Arabia

As a Livestock Specialist, you will be responsible for the management and care of livestock in our farm located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Your main duty will be to oversee the well‑being and productivity of our livestock, which includes cattle, sheep, goats, and poultry.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the health and condition of livestock daily
• Provide proper nutrition and feed according to each animal's needs
• Administer medication and vaccines as needed
• Maintain accurate records of herd management, breeding, and production
• Implement efficient feeding and breeding programs to optimize herd productivity
• Oversee the maintenance of facilities and equipment used for livestock care
• Train and supervise farm workers in proper handling of livestock

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience working with livestock on a farm or ranch
• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related field preferred
• Experience with breeding, calving/lambing/kidding, weaning, and castrating animals
• Knowledge of animal health issues and ability to diagnose common illnesses
• Familiarity with record‑keeping software for herd management preferred
• Must be physically fit and able to handle large animals safely

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable depending on experience).

This is a full‑time position that requires living on‑site at the farm. Accommodations will be provided. We are specifically looking for candidates who are Indian nationals as we have had great success with Indian workers in our farm. However, all qualified candidates are welcome to apply.
