Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in Riyadh is seeking a Lifting Expert to join the Transportation Project Delivery team and contribute to a multi-disciplinary project. You will collaborate across the project lifecycle with Design, Engineering, and Construction supervision, and work closely with the D&B Contractor on lifting activities with safety as a priority.

With ample opportunity to grow technical leadership, you will ensure safe, compliant lifting operations, oversee rigging crews, and coordinate with HSE

Qualifications

• Expertise in lifting equipment and accessories and associated safety standards.
• Strong health and safety knowledge applicable to heavy lifts.
• Experience in method statements, risk assessments and site inspections.

Responsibilities

• Review and supervise lifting plans, plans and method statements.
• Oversee lifting safety, toolbox talks and risk mitigation.
• Coordinate with HSE, DB Contractor, and design teams on lifts.
• Ensure equipment selection and maintenance meet standards.
• Supervise rigging crews during complex lifts.
