Job summary

Total Unified Validation is seeking an experienced inspector based in Riyadh to assess lifting equipment such as mobile cranes, overhead bridge cranes, gantry cranes, and related lifting devices. The role requires hands-on inspection of earthmoving machinery and performing NDT in accordance with verified qualifications and company authorization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required.
• Saudi Arabia experience inspecting lifting equipment and earthmoving machinery.
• NDT of welds and certifications as listed are mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Inspect lifting equipment including mobile cranes, overhead bridge cranes and gantry cranes.
• Inspect earthmoving machinery including excavators, loaders and backhoe loaders.
• Perform NDT activities within the scope of the engineer's verified qualifications and company authorization.
• Identify and document defects, assess inspection findings against criteria and prepare inspection reports.
• Follow approved inspection procedures and site safety requirements.

Job description

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

Previous practical experience in Saudi Arabia inspecting lifting equipment and earthmoving machinery and conducting NDT of welds.

All of the following LEEA qualifications:

• Foundation Certificate
• Lifting Accessories (LAC)
• Powered Lifting Machines (PLM)
• Bridge and Gantry Cranes (BGC)
• Mobile Cranes (MOB)

Valid NDT Level II certification in ALL five methods: VT, PT, MT, UT, and RT.

Ability to provide documentary evidence of qualifications and relevant inspection experience.
