Job summary

YASTRONICS is seeking an experienced inspector in Riyadh to conduct detailed inspections of lifting equipment and related structures, ensuring safety standards and regulatory compliance. You will apply non-destructive testing methods such as ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and radiographic testing to assess material integrity and identify hazards.

The role requires a Bachelor's in mechanical engineering, 3–5 years in lifting equipment inspection, and essential LEEA certification with NDT

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in lifting equipment inspection and maintenance with focus on safety and quality.
• LEEA Certification is essential. NDT Certification preferred.
• Professional certifications such as Certified lifting Inspector or NDT Inspector.
• Extensive knowledge of lifting equipment standards, regulations and best practices.
• Team management skills.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal, with a customer-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory; other languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed inspections of lifting equipment and structures to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Utilize advanced NDT methods such as ultrasonic, magnetic particle, and radiographic testing to assess material integrity.
• Develop and maintain inspection plans, schedules, and reports with timely communication of findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to provide insights on design modifications based on inspection outcomes to enhance system reliability.
