Almosafer is seeking a customer-focused travel advisor to help clients identify leisure products and itineraries in Medina. You will provide travel information, inspire holiday packages, and work to hit personal sales targets while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

The role requires 0–3 years in a travel agency, strong English/Arabic, and proficiency with CRS/GDS and e-travel tools. Walk-in service and travel document guidance are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years of travel agency experience is required.
• High School graduate or diploma preferred.
• Strong English and Arabic language skills.
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation abilities.
• Proficiency in CRS, GDS and e-travelling platforms.
• Solid knowledge of travel destinations and packages.
• Ability to design personalized holiday packages.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in identifying leisure holiday products and itineraries.
• Provide information on travel options and inspire holiday packages.
• Achieve individual sales targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
• Handle walk-in customers and advise on travel insurance and visas.
