Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead leasing activities across malls in the Qassim Region. You will drive occupancy, attract the right brands, manage tenant relationships, and hit leasing targets.

In this role, you will identify retailers and concepts, oversee the leasing process from prospecting through deal closure, negotiate terms, and coordinate MOUs and leases. Strong market knowledge and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 5+ years of Mall/Retail/Commercial Real Estate leasing experience.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and commercial skills.

Responsibilities

The role will focus on driving occupancy, attracting the right brands and concepts, managing tenant relationships, and achieving leasing targets across designated retail spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract potential retailers, brands, and new concepts to occupy available units.
• Manage the leasing process from prospecting and tenant engagement through negotiation and deal closure.
• Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate MOUs and lease agreements.
• Contribute to developing the right tenant and activity mix within the malls.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing tenants.
• Monitor leasing performance and provide regular progress reports and recommendations.
• Support the achievement of annual leasing targets, including number of leases and GLA leased.
• Coordinate with relevant internal teams to ensure smooth completion of leasing transactions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Mall Leasing, Retail Leasing, or Commercial Real Estate.
• Strong knowledge of the retail market, brands, and leasing practices.
• Proven negotiation, relationship management, and deal-closing skills.
• Ability to prepare, interpret, and assess lease agreements.
• Excellent communication and commercial skills.
