Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & tenant prospecting
• Respond promptly to inquiries from marketing channels and property portals
• Maintain an updated tenant database and follow up regularly.
• Clearly explain property features, rental terms and community benefits.
• Negotiation & leasing closing
• Negotiate rental price and lease terms between landlord and tenant
• Prepare booking forms and required documents
• Reporting
• Submit weekly leasing reports to the leasing manager.
• Update daily activities and pipeline in CRM
• Follow company policies and local real estate regulations.
