InterContinental The Red Sea Resort is seeking a Learning & Quality Coordinator to support the Learning & Development and Quality functions by coordinating training activities, maintaining training records, and ensuring colleagues receive the required training in line with hotel and IHG standards.

You will coordinate training sessions across hotel departments, prepare calendars and materials, monitor attendance and KPIs, assist with audits and improvement plans, and help organize orientations

Qualificações

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in HR, Hospitality, or related field.
• Experience in Learning & Development, Quality, HR, or hotel operations is preferred.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and schedule training sessions for all hotel departments.
• Prepare training calendars, attendance sheets, training materials, and related documents.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all colleagues.
• Follow up with departments regarding mandatory and departmental training requirements.
• Support the implementation of IHG and hotel learning programs.
• Monitor training attendance and completion rates.
• Assist in preparing training reports and Learning & Development KPIs.
• Support quality audits and follow up on action plans and improvement areas.
• Coordinate colleague assessments, evaluations, and feedback related to training.
• Assist in organizing orientation and induction programs for new joiners.
• Ensure training documentation is properly filed and readily available for audits.
• Coordinate with department heads to identify training needs and requirements.
• Support employee engagement and quality initiatives across the hotel.
• Ensure all activities comply with hotel policies, IHG standards, and applicable regulations.
• Perform any other duties related to Learning & Quality as assigned by management.

Job Purpose

To support the Learning & Development and Quality functions by coordinating training activities, maintaining training records, supporting quality initiatives, and ensuring colleagues receive the required training in line with hotel and IHG standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Learning & Development, Quality, HR, or hotel operations is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Good command of English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
