Job summary

Noon Academy in Riyadh is hiring a Learning Operations / Automation Manager to lead the Sciences content pipeline and drive AI-powered automation. You will manage four Design Leads, own the roadmap, and ensure on-time delivery while designing scalable AI-driven tooling to reduce manual steps.

You will collaborate with Education, Product, and Data teams, shaping content from Grades 7-12 for National and International tracks, and help Noon scale without proportional headcount growth.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a team of design leads or educators.
• Familiarity with edtech platforms and content production pipelines.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents, workflows, or internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead four Design Leads across Biology, Chemistry, Science, and International programs; own goals, 1:1s, feedback, growth and hiring.
• Document current content-building processes to identify automation opportunities.
• Design and build AI-driven workflows that remove manual steps and scale content production.
• Coordinate with Learning Excellence, Product, Engineering, Data, and School Ops to ensure smooth handoffs.
• Establish a scalable operating cadence and QA workflows for reliability.
