Job summary

Noon - Education for Everyone is seeking a measurement-focused leader to own how learning outcomes are defined, tracked, and validated across our platform in Saudi Arabia. You will design rigorous, adaptive assessment frameworks integrated with AI, driving evidence-based evaluation and tangible learning gains for teens.

About the Role

We’re changing how education is taught at many fronts through innovations in technology, personalization, and students experiences. We're looking for a measurement-obsessed leader to own how we define, track, and validate learning outcomes across our platform. You’ll design and govern assessment frameworks that are rigorous, adaptive, and deeply integrated with AI — moving beyond traditional testing toward intelligent, evidence-based evaluation that reflects real learning gains. In this role, you will be diving into the world of teens to uncover insights that elevate their school experience.

You bring: Deep expertise in learning assessment, psychometrics, or educational measurement; comfort operating in a fast-moving AI product environment; and a bias toward evidence over assumption.

What You'll Do

• Build and lead the assessment strategy across all product lines
