Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Articulate and implement a consistent approach to capturing and transferring knowledge across all functional units.
• Implement workplace education and methodologies to promote knowledge transfer, sharing, and access to information.
• Identify optimal platforms/tools for promoting learning and ensure effectiveness of educational approaches.
• Deliver training on educational platforms and tools and oversee adaptation of tools and approaches.
• Develop e-learning courses for SAP and other disciplines as required by company representatives and consultants.
