Job summary

Saudi Aramco Learning Solutions & Services is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst to optimize enterprise learning systems. You will bridge business needs with technology, integrating SAP SuccessFactors Learning with internal and external systems, and advancing mobile and AI-enabled learning initiatives.

Requires 8+ years in enterprise learning tech, strong LMS experience, and API integration expertise. Advanced AI experience and cybersecurity awareness are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Mathematics, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise business systems, learning technologies, or HCM solutions.
• Strong experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning or comparable LMS.
• Experience designing and supporting system integrations using APIs, web services, middleware, or integration platforms.
• Experience with Blackboard, Canvas, or Moodle preferred.
• Hands-on with AI/ML technologies, including Generative AI and enterprise AI integration.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as SQL or Python for integration and data analysis.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, compliance, and data privacy for enterprise apps and cloud services.
• Experience using data analytics and BI tools to analyze performance and adoption.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate into scalable technical solutions for enterprise learning systems.
• Design, assess, and support integrations between SAP SuccessFactors Learning and other systems.
• Lead technical analysis for new learning technologies ensuring compatibility with enterprise architecture.
• Support design, implementation, and enhancement of mobile learning solutions and interfaces.
• Evaluate LMS platforms like Blackboard, Canvas, Moodle to meet business needs and integration requirements.
• Enhance and maintain corporate learning systems including SuccessFactors and Job Certification.
• Lead AI enablement within learning systems and related integrations.
