About the Role

Are you ready to take ownership of the accuracy, integrity and future of aircraft technical records in a fast-growing airline?

We are looking for a professional to lead and develop the Technical Records Department, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance and operational excellence.

In this role, you will oversee the full lifecycle of aircraft and maintenance records, ensuring alignment with GACA regulations, lessor requirements and company policies, while driving continuous improvement through technology, innovation and best practice.

You will lead and mentor the Technical Records team, optimising processes to ensure records are accurate, complete and readily retrievable.

Working closely with Configuration Management, MCC and Aircraft Return to Lease teams, you will ensure maintenance activities, ADs, SBs and scheduled tasks are correctly captured in AMOS and logbooks.

You will also manage audits, address discrepancies, support aircraft deliveries and returns, and act as the primary point of contact for lessors and auditors, ensuring timely and professional responses at all times.

This role plays a critical part in supporting safe, compliant and uninterrupted 24/7 operations.

About You

Degree qualified, you will demonstrate a minimum of 7 years in aircraft Technical Records.

You are expected to have proven experiencein handling Aircraft Delivery Documents and reports during aircraft redelivery process.
