Job summary

Grant Thornton Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Lead Talent Management Consultant to design and implement enterprise-wide Talent Management frameworks and HR transformation initiatives. The role translates strategy into scalable frameworks and drives large-scale implementation across organisations.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in Talent Management, HR transformation or HR consulting, with proven HiPo management, governance and stakeholder leadership experience.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Talent Management, HR Transformation or HR Consulting.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Talent Management frameworks.
• Strong HiPo identification, assessment, calibration and development expertise.
• Expertise in succession planning, talent reviews and performance management.
• Experience developing competency frameworks and career architectures.
• Experience with HRIS / Talent Management systems implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and implementation of Talent Management strategies and frameworks.
• Develop integrated talent processes for performance, potential, career development, succession and reviews.
• Align frameworks with business strategy and workforce needs.
• Design HiPo identification, assessment, governance, dashboards and acceleration programs.
• Integrate HiPo with succession planning and critical-role pipelines.
• Design competency frameworks, job families and career architectures.
• Lead performance and succession management methodologies for key roles.
• Oversee HR Transformation, systems implementation, testing, data migration and go-live.
• Manage projects, workshops with HR leadership and senior stakeholders.
