Assystem Radicon is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer to guide the discipline across buildings and infrastructure projects in Saudi Arabia. You will direct a team of engineers and designers, oversee design development, calculations, and reviews, and ensure compliance with local and international standards.

The role requires strong leadership, extensive experience in reinforced concrete and steel design, and proven ability to coordinate with architecture, MEP, and civil teams to deliver

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent.
• 12–15 years of structural engineering design experience is required.
• Strong experience leading structural engineering teams and coordinating multidisciplinary design.

• Lead the structural engineering discipline across projects and teams.
• Coordinate design development, calculations, and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi codes and international standards.
• Coordinate with Architecture, MEP, Civil, and other disciplines.
• Lead technical discussions and mentor team members.
• Prepare and review structural deliverables and authority submissions.
