Job summary

Ehya is seeking a technical leader with hands-on programming and systems development experience to guide a software team and translate business needs into technical solutions.

The role involves coordinating with programmers, analyzing requirements, planning development, and ensuring quality from testing to post-launch support, with close collaboration across departments and suppliers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years practical experience in programming and systems development, with leadership/management of software development.

Responsibilities

• Study and analyze departmental needs and convert into executable technical requirements.
• Prepare a systems development plan and prioritization.
• Manage development work with programmers, distribute tasks, monitor execution and timelines.
• Review software solutions and address technical challenges.
• Verify quality of systems and updates, test with relevant departments before launch.
• Monitor post-launch operation, address malfunctions, improve performance and UX.
• Identify software/hardware/license needs and evaluate options.
• Coordinate with suppliers and service providers for supply, implementation, maintenance and support.
• Handle requests and issues.
• Organize technical support and document requirements, procedures, and modifications, with regular workflow reports.
