Qualifications

- Proven track record delivering production systems at scale.
Responsibilities
- Lead the technical execution of software initiatives aligned with requirements.
- Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Design system architecture including microservices and APIs.
- Make technical decisions on design, performance, and scalability.
- Develop and maintain production-ready software while coding on occasion.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce engineering standards.
- Mentor junior/mid engineers and support their growth.
- Support roadmap planning, estimation, and delivery planning.
- Promote Agile/Scrum practices and drive continuous improvement.
