Müller's Solutions is seeking a skilled SAP SFSF ECP (SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll) Consultant to join our dynamic team. You will implement and support SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll, collaborating with HR teams to align payroll processes with client needs.

The role requires 4+ years in SAP SFSF ECP, strong analytical and communication skills, and experience integrating ECP with other HR modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
• 4+ years' experience with SAP SFSF ECP or related payroll systems.
• Strong knowledge of payroll processes and SAP environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP SFSF ECP to align with client payroll requirements.
• Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze payroll requirements.
• Conduct system testing, provide user training, and support end-users during implementation.
• Troubleshoot payroll processing issues to ensure accurate payroll runs.
• Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and procedures related to ECP payroll.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements for existing ECP payroll solutions.
